Adam Frazier
Adam Frazier has worked on many  projects throughout his career. He began as a Draftsman for Charles Smith Associates in 2001 and was soon designing luxury custom houses. He has also designed several apartment complexes, Condominiums, and Duplexes, As well as Custom houses ranging from 2,200 s.f. to 10,000 + s.f.  His expertise in design of luxury homes and his attention to detail has given Frazier Designs a reputation for providing clients with the best design services in the area.

In 2008 Adam left Charles Smith Associates to help form another design business and also a software sales business.  As the economy slowed down so did the design business but as many of the clients will say the quality of work never suffered. Adam has always and will always strive to offer the best services for their clients. Always willing to take on a challenge,Adam will make sure he meets and exceed your expectations.

Adam has recently branched off from Smart Home Solutions / Smart Home Studio to focus more energies on Frazier Designs. With these new energies focused, Adam will be more able to provide clients with the very best of the services we provide.
